Screens for hot bulk materials
Machine Features:
- Screen panels are equipped with longitudinal bars to minimize contact and therefore reduction of heat transfer from hot oversize lumps to vibrating steel structure
- Bolting and wear liners in special execution for high temperatures
- Upper deck with big openings provides quick release of the fine cooler material from the gross hotter material
- The distance between suspension elements and basic body is wider as usual to again reduce heat radiation to both elastic elements and surrounding parts
- “Hot material”-design from the screen plates over type of bolting to amongst others- at least the type of coating
